“What is your Return Policy?”
Rush Amplification Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Rush Aplification product, returns are accepted for a full refund with the following criteria:
1.) Your Rush Amplification product must be returned with the original factory seal unbroken.
2.) The product must be shipped back within 14 Days of arrival (this does not include the shipping time-frame).
3.) The product must not be damaged by the user or natural force.
Shipping Returns
Shipping fees are unfortunately non-refundable. When submitting a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the total amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Rush Amplifications is not responsible for any postage that is lost or stolen in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after the product arrives (excluding weekends), and may require additional processing time depending on the financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the time-frame of the initial refund before contacting lucy@rushamps.com.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded, but are still covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please see the warranty policy below.
“What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?”
Rush Amplification products are backed by a two year manufactures warranty. In this time-frame if your product suffers a failure, please contact lucy@rushamps.com to begin the return process for repair.
i.) All manufacturing defects within the first two years are covered by Rush Amplification.
ii.) User will cover shipping to Rush Amplification with Return Postage complimentary after repair.
iii.) Defects after two years are subject to a £40.00 ($49.99 rounded USD) bench fee that will cover the base cost associated with repair and return shipping.
iv.) If the repair exceeds the normal bench fee, email correspondence will be established before the repair is completed including an estimate and additional options.
v.) Warranty does not cover damage caused by (but not limited to): Fire, Water, Environmental, Impact, Force, and Improper Handling.
vi.) Warranty is non-transferable.
“Why are the Rush Pepboxes so expensive?
Couldn’t I purchase another fuzz instead?…”
Each Rush Pepbox is hand assembled… and each component tediously sorted, tested and installed. Naturally, there are less expensive alternatives. However, there is no other pedal that is still being manufactured by the original family with the original process(es) from the mid 1960’s. What you are purchasing is not only an effects pedal, it’s a piece of musical history.
“Can I collaborate with Rush Amplification?”
If you wish to become a sponsered artist for the Rush Pepbox or any other Rush Amplification products, please send an email to lucy@rushamps.com. The inquiry must include: A summary of why you wish to be a sponsored artist, any and all social media outlets that provide touring information (or gear demos), and a video link showcasing your talents. Rush Amplification is actively searching for rising artists or established musicians to onboard with.
Policies and conditions are subject to change due to economical impacts or internal revisions at any time.
