Rush Pepbox® (1.0)

Description

The one that started it all… The Rush Pepbox® 1.0! This version is built on a copy of the original printed circuit board, using NOS germanium transistors and modern carbon film resistors. All housed in a faithful recreation of the original wedge-shaped, welded steel enclosure, in a silver “hammered” finish. A 5-foot hard-wired output cable is connected to the side of the pedal serving as dedicated amplifier connection. Hand engraved Traffoylyte labels (engraved on the original rotary engraving machine used on the very first Rush Pepbox® in 1965) identify your “PEP” and “LEVEL” controls, as well as the front facing Rush Pepbox® name. Due to this being a true vintage reissue, there is NO 9VDC power jack. The pedal runs solely on a internal 9V battery with true bypass switching. Are you ready to “hold history in your hands“?
