Description

The Rush Pepbox® 2.0 is the successor to the 1965 Rush Pepbox® built by Pepe Rush. Compacted for modern pedalboard needs, the Pepbox® 2.0 houses the same (1:1) circuit as the Rush Pepbox® 1.0. It features a contemporary 9VDC power jack, as well as a white LED power indicator. Both of which were not originally included on the previous Pepboxes®. Sporting a durable, full metal enclosure, the Rush Pepbox® 2.0 is ready for any application! “Hold history in your hands” today…

• A hand assembled, germanium-based circuit from the original Rush Pepbox® schematics (1:1).
• White on black, hand engraved labelling, that is created on the same engraving machine used for the original Rush Pepboxes®.
• A vintage wedge-shaped, welded steel enclosure in a silver, hammered finish.
• Top facing PEP and LEVEL controls for easy adjustment and visibility.
• A modern 9 Volt (Centre Negative) power jack, with an internal option to run off a battery like the original.
• Front-mounted input, output, and power jacks.
• A warm white LED that indicates when the “FUZZ IS ON”.
• True bypass switching.
